Where do you ship your wines and can I track my order?
We offer nationwide shipping across South Africa and international delivery to select countries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your wine's journey from our cellar to your door.
How do you ensure the wine is protected during transit?
All our wines are packed in reinforced, eco-friendly corrugated cardboard dividers designed to prevent breakage and minimize temperature fluctuations, ensuring your vintage arrives in pristine condition.
What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?
If you receive a bottle that is corked or was damaged during transit, please contact our cellar door within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a collection and provide a full replacement or refund.
Are there any discounts for joining the La Motte Wine Club?
Yes, members of the La Motte Wine Club enjoy exclusive benefits, including a 10% to 15% discount on all wine purchases, complimentary tastings at the estate, and priority access to limited-release vintages.
