A blend of Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, Lambrusco, Montuni and Sangiovese e Trebbiano from the Modena region. Masterfully combined in a traditional method, the vinegar's distinctive flavour developed in wooden barrels. The result is a beautifully balanced vinegar.
