At La Motte Wine Estate, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a seamless return process within 7 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are defective or compromised during transit.
Return Process

Contact our cellar door team within 7 days of receipt, providing your order number and clear photographs of any damage or defects.
- 2.Evaluation
Our quality control team will review your claim to ensure it meets our return criteria for damaged or spoiled goods.
- 3.Collection Arrangement
Once approved, we will schedule our specialized courier to collect the wine from your original delivery address at no additional cost.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment.
